Arcticdawn Alaskan Malamutes

Aura,  Atka's daughter, born in July of 2005 out of Roy and Sue Fuller's girl, Mtn. Home's Oreo Cookie WTD, is a real team player.    She had big paw prints to follow and is doing so with a wag of her beautiful tail. 

I joke that Aura is the only dog I have that really listens to me, but there is a lot of truth in it. .She is the first Malamute to ever earn an OTCh ( Obedience Trial Championship ) pt.  You actually have to beat other dogs including Golden Retrievers and Border collies to earn one of those and she did it. Never mind that you need 100 to actually get an OTCh , that one point took her to the 2010 AKC Obedience Invitational where she placed 4th in the Working Group.   That wasn't all she did there either. She also made the finals at the Agility Invitational held at the same facility in Long Beach California. Aura is also the first Alaskan Malamute to earn an OM (Obedience Master title) and a MACh 5 ( Agility ChampionshipX).    Aura, as always, humble and brilliant.

Aura has placed in the Alaskan Malamute Club of America Working Dog Showcase at 3 of our National Specialties in  2008,2009 and 2011

She has given us two beautiful litters and her puppies are pulling sleds and bringing smiles.  They share her enthusiastic and gentle spirit.  Thank you Sue and Roy Fuller at Mtn. home Malamutes for sending us Aura. .
