Click to read the story of how Bootstrap got his name.
"Bootstrap" is our fourth generation AKC Agility Champion ( MACh) and he is 4QQs ( Double qualifying scores) away from doing it yet again. He has one upped his own mother by earning 30 ( count em) 30 OTCh pts in the obedience ring. To show this dog, to work with this dog brings me joy like I have never known in a show ring before. He is wild and willing .
His long coat has taught me a lot. It has not been a problem at all in the snow conditions we have here in Michigan. It is a lot of work to take care of. It is mostly a problem in wet conditions. Under that long coat is structure that I have been striving for in my very small breeding program. Bootstrap is a great joy to work with and watch.
